Lovehavens Guarantees our AKC Maltese puppies against all life-threatening genetic defects,
deformities, or disease that would significantly prevent the puppy from living a normal life.
This guarantee provides you with a replacement puppy once
one becomes available and all terms of the puppy care contract / guarantee are met.
We are proud to offer this guarantee as we are confident in the quality of puppies we produce and in
the benefits they receive in the nurturing environment we provide for them during their infancy.
Each adoptive parent is asked to sign Lovehavens Puppy Care Contract to activate their Guarantee.
You can request a copy by e-mail before reserving a Lovehavens Maltese puppy.
Please sign and return via email or with your deposit in order to activate your guarantee.
We pride ourselves in raising quality Maltese puppies. We have big hearts and strong ethics
but we cannot afford to refund money for those who change their mind about having a puppy
or those who have buyers remorse once they find out that it is a huge responsibility. We ask you
to be certain that a Maltese puppy will fit well with your family, lifestyle, and living situation for
many years to come.
Our guarantee requires that you take proper care of your Maltese puppy. This includes keeping
all of their vaccines on time (Never giving them Lepto), keeping their teeth clean, feeding an all natural
high quality food and serving bottled water. If vaccines are not up to date or you choose a food that
is not recommended this may void your guarantee. We recommend Halo, Avoderm, or any all natural high
quality food. For your convenience we will be adding a products page to make purchasing these recommended foods easier. They can be found at many leading pet stores including Petco.
